DESIGNER PRICING
No minimum required.
WHOLESALE PRICING
Minimum opening order is $3,000 of stocked product for qualifying trade clients.
SHIPPING
All shipments are FOB Commerce, CA. Items in stock ship within 3-5 days. Custom framed mirrors along with framed art ships within 2-4 weeks. Custom handcrafted items ship within 10-12 weeks from approvals. Will Call items must be paid in full and will be held up to 4 weeks. Shipment delivery information not confirmed within 48 hours of the Mirror Home / Freight Carrier delivery notice will incur a $150 storage fee along with a $50 daily charge thereafter. Rerouting fees will be custom quoted per shipment.
FREIGHT PROGRAM
*Ground shipments October 1st, 2023 - January 15th, 2024 will incur an additional $45 holiday sucharge.*

The shipping rate is 18% on orders over $2,000. Orders under $2,000 have a flat rate of $199-$239 (Business Ground) $229 (Business Freight) for a single mirror plus $65 for each additional mirror. Standard shipping rates are business to business (Business address with a loading dock or forklift). Residential Ground is $249 for a single mirror. Residential freight or residential shipments of 2+ mirrors must be quoted per order. Residential, liftgate, limited and remote access surcharges may apply. Any accessorial charges related to delivery from the freight carrier are the responsibility of the customer. These include liftgate fees, change of address fees, residential fees, rerouting fees, and fees associated with the refusal of shipment. Freight is delivered curbside only. Surcharges will apply to zip codes beginning with the following three digits; (MA) 025-026, (NY) 100-119 and (DC) 200 & 202-205. Inside delivery is available for an additional charge. Shipments outside of the continental U.S. will be quoted per order. Custom and crated product may incur additional charges.
BACKORDERS / SPLIT SHIPMENTS
We will provide estimated availability dates for items on backorder. Payment is required to hold items on backorder. Backorders/Split shipments under $2,000 do not qualify for the freight program.
RUSH AND CRATING FEES
Rush Fee of stocked items will incur a $50 charge and guarantees shipment within 1 business day. Orders and payment confirmed prior to 2:00pm PST can be shipped same day for $75. Oversized and custom items may be crated and incur an additional charge.
PAYMENTS
All orders must be paid prior to shipping including freight with credit card or check. All custom orders, which include custom handcrafted mirrors, framed artwork, antiqued mirror and custom framed mirrors, require a 50% deposit at time of order, with balance paid prior to shipping. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. We are unable to cancel or refund after production has started. Custom ordered products are non-returnable & non-refundable. Custom orders over $4,000 paid by credit card will incur a 3% convenience fee.
SAMPLES
Finish chips, profiles, and mirror samples are available upon request for $5 each. Antiqued mirror sample sets are available upon request for $35. Finish sample boxes are available for $65.
DAMAGES / FREIGHT CLAIMS
All items are carefully inspected prior to shipping and leave our warehouse in perfect condition. Consignee MUST INSPECT shipment upon delivery. Any visible damage to packaging or product must be clearly noted on the carrier’s bill of lading before the driver leaves the location. The signature confirms the product arrived in good condition. If you are not the person receiving the shipment, it is your responsibility to give instructions to the person in charge of receiving the order to comply with the requirements. All damage must be reported to Mirror Home within 72 hours. Do not refuse shipment even if damage is suspected and note it on the delivery bill of lading. If visible or concealed damage is not reported appropriately, Mirror Home will not be responsible for replacements or refunds. All original packaging must be kept in order to file a freight claim.
REFUNDS / RETURNS / CANCELLATIONS – CUSTOM ORDERS
Custom items require a 50% deposit. Cancelation requests must be emailed to Mirror Home within 48 hours of placing your order. Custom orders cannot be canceled after payment is received. Custom ordered products are non-returnable & non-refundable. A $95 non-refundable drawing fee is applied to each custom design. Custom product does not apply towards wholesale consideration.
REFUNDS / RETURNS / CANCELLATIONS – STOCKED ITEMS
Merchandise returns must be accompanied by a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number issued by Mirror Home within 3 days of receipt of goods. Once the RMA is approved, merchandise must be returned, freight prepaid, in its original packaging in the manner that it was received. Once the return is received and the original quality is confirmed by Mirror Home, either credit and/or refund will be applied within 3-5 business days along with a 20% re-stocking fee. Floor samples and discontinued/discounted items are considered final sale and are non-returnable & non-refundable.

Due to the nature of our handcrafted products, finishes, wood grain, and dye lot may vary from our catalog and website. Natural materials along with hand applied finishes and cut/beveled mirror contain small irregularities in finish, size, shape, and appearance. These are trademarks of hand craftsmanship and should not be considered defective.
